    A good diet for me?

Anyways anytime when someone else cook my food, it's usually fat in a way. Since i'm asian many foods include oil and sodium. Like the only healthy meal I would know/like is probably 2x scrambed eggs with bread for breakfast. Lunch Yet i got no idea what to eat.

Can anyone tell me a good diet plan for morning / lunch.
Dinner It's usually rice , dishes etc cos i'm asian.
good morning and lunch means list them here , P.s I don't drink milk. Just don't I know it's very healthy though.

oatmeal with a banana in water before workout
can of tuna (I find tuna disgusting but I still eat it and tell myself it's part of my workout. Just get a tall glass of water, chew and don't think about it)
vegetable soup of any kind (low sodium)
    pressed turkey and mustard sandwich
    pickles!! (5 cals a piece)
chicken cut into strips, pan fried, some honey mustard to dip in
and of course, broccoli and cauliflower
