Since starting (and ending) 3 cycles of Jack3d, I've started taking Presurge Unleashed (ftw).
Most would take it 30 minutes before training, but I've seen better results taking it intra-workout, starting it as I hit my warmup on the elliptical or treadmill. I mix it in with 1.5 scoops of Purple Wraath and 1.5 scoops of GlycerGrow (take the other 1.5 pre-workout), with 30oz of water.
What Pre-Workout supplement do you take, how much of it do you take, and when do you take it?
