Long time lurker on here, decided to join and get serious about my diet and loosing weight. Started this journey at 266 pounds in January. Pics are coming, but i can't post links until I can muster up 30 posts. Hopefully I will have those by the end of the day, and then pics will be up. All weighing is done when I wake up in the morning. I have been doing real good with cardio/weights/ and diet. This past weekend was pretty rough, went on a vacation and had a lapse in self control. One of the first times in the past month when I felt like I actually lost self control. When I am on here I feel more willing to diet and the stories here inspire me like no other. I want to start a thread hoping I can keep my motivation high and hit my goal of 200 by the start of summer.

Exercise: Cardio 4-5 Times a week ~ 500 calories. Lifting 3-4 times a week just hoping to preserve as much strength as possible.
Diet: Shooting for 2000 calories every day. At least 200g of protein per day. Mainly chicken, lean beef, turkey sandwiches, tuna. Always take a multivitamin every day.
Hopefully this thread can provide people with some motivation to keep their cuts/diets going strong. I know you all have inspired me to keep up the hard work.
