    Nutritional Facts On Bag.... Confusion?

I have a bag of brown basmati rice, I am trying to work it into my meal plan, but I am not sure if the nutritional facts on the back of the bag refers to a 1/4 cup of cooked rice, or raw rice.... it does not specify

does anyone know if there is a form you are supposed to assume?
