Meals
1: 6 Egg Whites, 2oz 2% Cheese, 2/3c Spinach, 6.5oz Grapefruit, Fish Oil
2: 1.5 Cans of Tuna, 20g Peanut Butter
3: 5oz Chicken Breast, 20g Peanut Butter
4: 5oz Chicken Breast, 9g Olive Oil, 2/3c Green Beans
5: 5oz Chicken Breast, 20g Peanut Butter, 2/3c Green Beans
6: 1 Whole Egg, 6 Egg Whites, 1oz 2% Cheese
Cardio: Recumbent Bike HIIT
5 minute warm-up
15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio X 5
5 minutes of low-intensity cardio
15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio X 5
5 minutes of low-intensity cardio
15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio X 5
5 minutes of low-intensity cardio
15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio X 5
5 minutes of low-intensity cardio
Notes:
This HIIT workout kicked my ass today! I was literally swimming in a puddle of sweat after this cardio sesh. It felt really good man! I ran out of Whey Protein last night so I ordered some Scivation Whey and NOW Psyillium Husk today. Hopefully it'll be here by the weekend. I'm gonna tear up my legs with some GST Squat Training tomorrow! Can't Wait!
