lol why do people bicker about how the swings of their teams so much.
Yes, you will in fact all have players that are starting out slow. And in 6 weeks you'll have a couple others that slump when your slow starters start heating up. That's baseball. That's why you have a TEAM, so some players can pick up the slack for others because they wont all hit at all times. Thats ridiculous.
lol at slow starts being your excuse. please go.

Because you make excuses for your team sucking dick and I dont have to make excuses?
brb Crawford, Beltran, and Alex Gonzalez all "starting slow" and Longoria not even playing for me but still winning because I have an a team of pretty consistent players so its not a big deal if a few struggle or are absent.
Keep crying about Hanley and Pujols....boo-f*cking-hoo
Those of you who rely on like 3 players to carry you will have weeks when you suck. Sorry for actually having depth unlike you morons.
But when you have Lee, Wieters, Morse, and Nishioka in your line-up every day and then have Pujols and Hanley struggle one week it's no wonder you're having trouble. You have 4 spots in your line-up that are black holes already, then you add in a "slow start" from the guys you rely on and what do ya know? Your team puts up sh*tty numbers
And Chrallmor I already told you your pitching staff was a f*cking joke so we dont even need to touch base on why your numbers suck there. That will happen with regularity.

Pro-Shark is in no better shape.
Mark Reynolds, Alcides Escobar, Chris Young, and Coco Crisp in his every day line-up? God damn do not f*cking want.
I have like 1 bad spot in my daily line-up and that's at SS. Everyone else is an above average hitter, even the bench.

Yeah, Reynolds and CY are real awful bro. 40/20 and 30/30 possibilities. What garbage.
Also, Coco is my backup outfielder, Bautista has been out. I have him there purely for speed when I need more. 27 bags in 225 at bats the second half last season once he was healthy.

I'm not opposed to trading young players. I'm just not huge on Jason Werth.
Texasheat I will send you a counter offer.
EDIT: I'm not a fan of many of your guys. At least the ones that are for sale. Obviously Holliday and Hamilton interest me.
EDIT EDIT: Offer sent

Should I start Lackey tomorrow? What do you guys think? Im winning every pitching categorey except for Holds and Strikes.
Im leaning towards no.
I also got Lee/Zimmerman/Drabek going tomorrow. And if I start Lackey I'd have to bench one of my closers (Rauch/Bell/Nathan) to make room.
Am I an idiot for even thinking about starting him?

Just wait, Beltran will be good this year. I knew some patience would need to be involved with him early on but I fully expect him to play well after he gets back in game condition.
And Im in every position to start sh*t. Like it or not right now Im in first place over all you bitches.

Says the guy who has
McCann hitting .423 with 5 RBI's
Sanchez hitting .391 with 3 RBI's
Roberts hitting .280 with 2 HR's and 8 RBI's
C. Jones hitting .320 with 3 RBI's
Upton hitting .364 with 2 Hr's and 3 RBI's
Kemp hitting .316 with 1 HR and 3 RBI's
and worse of all Kendrick hitting .421 with 3 Hr's and 3 RBi's
Yeah these are all normal stats week to week. So please tell me who on your team is stuggling? With your logic half your team should be struggling while half pick up the slack. Oh wait let me guess Roberts is struggling because he isn't hitting .300 and Jones is struggling because he hasn't hit a couple of HR's
It's like real baseball right? A whole team doesn't slump or have a bad week. Half of the team slumps while the other half hits. Your logic is so fail it's unbelievable.

Kemp, Chipper, and Roberts are all hitting about average. McCann has been hitting well, Upton has been hitting well, Sanches has hit well, Alex Gonzalez has been hitting terrible, Carl Crawford it hitting terrible, and Carlos Beltran has been hitting terrible.
Seems fairly balanced to me. Expect similar numbers from my team every week.
3 playing poorly
3 playing above average
the rest playing average
That's balance if there ever was such a thing you dip sh*t.
You have two players slumping and the rest of your team is playing average. Only problem is the rest of your team playing average sucks because your players suck so there's no one there to pick up any slack when Pujols and Hanley disappear like how I have players like McCann and Upton who step up when Crawford and Beltran suck for a week.
Understand how it works yet? Probably not. Continue to play Wieters and Nishioka or what the f*ck ever is in your line-up.
