Rant time! Just say some things that people at the gym do that really pisses you off.
I'll start.
I hate it when people spend 20 mins at a station, leave a mountain of sweat all over the handles, and leave without wiping them or anything.

Ahhh 3) you go to the bathroom to take a piss and you come back and some dudes stolen the benchpress and taken all your weights off it!

Wrong. You could easily loose fat from weight training. If your working at a high intensity, doing supersets or circuits of coumpound exercises you can lose bodyfat just as effectively as you could doing cardio on a machine.
Try doing circuits of squats, powercleans and push presses or somthing similar for 30 minutes. You will be gasping for air.

I HATE IT....
when people talk on cell phones in the gym
when it's social hour for some
when skinny people run on the treadmill for 8.0 on incline for an hour+
when people wear accessories like sun glasses, head/wrist bands and all their hotshot gadgets.
when people do work the same body part every day only. Ex. 2 Indian buddies doing 25lb barbell tricep extensions everyday.
When people have terrible form and don't realize it.
When people go the gym for years and don't change physically
when fat people think they look like world class bodybuilders.
Teens come in their jeans and timberlands about to pump some iron.

lol i know all that stuff and i use it. im not talking about me, or anyone else here. im just talking about women that know nothing of that kind of stuff. you dont see women doing supersets or circuits. at least at my gym they dont. i dont see dudes do it either. but i agree with you that that **** does help to lose bodyfat.
its a lot harder for women to lose body fat than for men. especially if they have never exercised before. most try losing weight for maybe a couple weeks to a month and give up. losing weight isnt "all" about nutrition, but it is probably the most important. you still gotta do cardio if you want to see great results. i dont see why everyone was giving me grief sorry i made a stupid post about MY OPINION. because that is what this whole topic is about.... OPINIONS. jesus.

One thing that pissed me off was I went to use a machine and this guy said angrily "I'm using that". I thought to myself wtf calm down..(usually people let you work in or politely say I'm using it. I was intimidated so I backed off.

Wrong. Cardio is a useful tool, but it's dependent on how much you eat. I lost 87 lbs and I hardly did any cardio. It all revolves around if you are in a caloric deficit or not. Say you're aiming to eat 2000 calories a day, but you happen to consume 2500. Cardio is useful in this case because it can bring you back down into your goal deficit. Cardio isn't necessary, how much food you're consuming is.

1.) when someone, and I'm sure you guys do this... during rush hour at the gym they claim to be "supersetting" two machines, which really means they are hogging two machines at the busiest hour of the gym.
2.) When people put way too much weight on their barbells so they have to drop it loudly... in my opinion if it is too heavy for you to put it down while controlling it... then it is too heavy.
3.) I understand making noises while you are lifting, and I do it too, but some people make ridiculous noises that just don't even make sense with their lifting.
4.) when people effing stand in front of you when you are watching your form in the mirror
5.) when guys try to make small talk with me when I'm in the middle of a set.
6.) when guys try to make small talk with me when I'm not in the middle of a set.
