theres no way i squat more than you...
but yeah its very upsetting. and i have no idea. my bench was weak even before the appendicitis a couple months ago (185x5 and at my prime before that 225 3/4 of the way). my legs shot back up (still working on my flexibility though). i feel bottom heavy :/ ...it might have to do with my torn labrum in my shoulder from football a year ago. and i had open shoulder surgery... but im working on it. just did a chest day today, will post. it is improving.
after this program will probably do madcows but i may spruse it up a bit and make it high intensity.

No not really he wouldn't be able to get it one day. He would probably need like a month to see how much he can build up his squat.

Broke my lower leg so had to get a couple of screws and whatnot.
Haha nice workout mayne. Its harder to get a pump in my back than any other body part.

haha safer than not assisted... i guess you wouldnt know, but its quite frustrating/frightening when you're going for that last rep and you hit the box and you cant get up and you're sitting there with 365lbs just chillin on your shoulders...
i just filled the complaint box with pieces of paper requesting: leg press and neck machine
