    Thanks, its super easy, tastes great and is has pretty nice macros
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 eggs
    4 peaces of bread
    and I used 8g of sugar to sprinkle over the top to get it nice and caramelized (I torched it).

    As for superpump I love it, I think it's the best pre-workout out there!

    Have you tried Jac3d. i was debating between superpump and jack3d and decided to give Jack3d a try first. Im on my second container and I like it, it seems to be working fairly well.

    As for Jack3d, I like it. It's a good clean energy and it really just makes you want to keep going and going with your workout. The pump isn't as good as SP250 and I would say that SP250 is more the "HULK SMASH" kind of pre workout that makes you want to go hurl Buicks around in the parking lot. They both have merit and I think they both work really well. I may end up going back and forth between the two to keep it fresh.

    Tempering can be done with anything, it means slowly raising the temperature of a certain item to prevent it from curtailing, so with the tea latte, mix the whey with a tiny bit of water and slowly add the hot tea to slowly raise the temp to prevent the whey from cooking.
