Green tea extract from walmart?

Green tea is helpful. You need to tell us the polyphenol and maybe the egcg content to give you a more accurate answer on the Wal-mart product though...

Modest effects if dosed and timed appropriately - total polyphenol, catechin & EGCG should be known, which that does not provide information on. Might as well chew on some leaves instead.Originally Posted by momo5

this is it, I got some cause it was pretty cheap. So it won't help at all with fat burning? I know it's not as good as other brands but it does help a little doesn't it?Originally Posted by nano.ix

I would say it certainly would help considering that I just started taking a Shoppers Drug Mart Brand ( just a cheap brand ) called LIFE more than a week ago at 200mg each. I take 2, 3 times a day and I've noticed my motabolism changing to the point im hungry every few hours now, where before i would only eat 3-4 times a day.
