What is the proper way/technique to bench press?
Because, I have been benching for a while now.. and I feel like I am not seeing any progress or feeling any difference really..
Can someone share some insight? (maybe a video, guide, etc..)
Thanks.

You probably arent seeing progress because you arent changing up your routine enough. If you stick with the same routine your body adapts and you wont see improvements. However, if you are consistently changing up your routines and work to develop a strong overall chest, tris, and back you will see improvements in your bench. How long have you been stuck at your current level of strength/max?

Previously in the past, I used to do a full body workout every other day or everyday, but after reading these forums I see that wasn't the right thing to do.
Then, I divided my week into body parts that I will work out, and Monday is my chest day and I have 5-7 exercises I use for my chest.
I max out at 135lbs and can probably do 3-5 reps at most.

If your going for numbers search for Dave Tate or Westside Barbell instructional videos on how to bench press.

i've been using the dave tate suggesting of sliding the bar off of the bench support rather than lifting it off, works VERY WELL in allowing your shoulders to remain stable.
try some of this read:
