I guess the point of this post is thank you for teaching me the basics of shirted training lol

EDIT: BTW I thought you were ranked on pliftingwatch.com back in the day, what is your real name again?
Hey Duff Great to hear form you! Great job hitting the comp. Ill take a lok at the log and see how your doing.

Yes Im listed on the 198 (#7) and 220 (#17) all time list. Funny though I lift single ply only but havnt lifted in any single ply org's. Anyway's I should be #1 and #3. But the numbers I hit for those records are way low. Im over 100lbs over them now. So the next comp should be sick. And Im doing a Single ply comp in Aug.

Thanks bro. Things are moving the right direction..... Except tonight. I wanted a little more....

Off night. It seems that when I have a really good night it is always followed by an off week. It feels like on the off week Im just pressing with my arms. I feel like this is a result of me working the CNS as much as we do. If anyone has any idea's on CNS recovery other than rest let me know. Im open to idea's....Oh well, thats the price you pay I guess.

Great warmup (Grip, Tries and Cuff)

    BB Bench
    165 x 45 (3 hand poss)
    225 x 15
    315 x 5
    405 x 3
    add 4 bd
    465 x 3
Add Single Ply 44 Super Katana (all the wt gain is making this shirt tight as f***)
    585 x 3
    Full range
    675 x m (No touch)
    745 x m (1/2" from touch)
745 x m (jacked the shirt and 2" from touch)

Like I was saying, It felt like every set I was just useing my arms only. Just an off night. All the presses were fast and no issue with lockout.

    Incline BB Bench
    315 x 5 x 3

20 min sauna, BW 214 (holy **** time to slow down)

By far the best I have been using different shirts over the last 13 years, and have found that Katanas are by far the best bench shirts out there. I have used every shirt Inzer has came out with from the plain blast shirt to the Rage x and katana blows them all out of the water. Also If you order a shirt from Inzer you are waiting weeks for it. I ordered a shirt from Ken Anderson as I was getting ready for the WABDL worlds last year I had it two days later. I will never use anything else.

Interesting. What makes it stick out? What is this difference you feel? More power? Snugger fit?

My bench is weaker since I haven't done it in over a month now. I played around last night could only do about 5 reps with 95lbs. My shoulder was buggin.

I need to get my deadlift higher. I did 185 tonight but this other girl got 240. I don't like that. Any suggestions on getting my weight up? I tried 190 but I couldn't do it without using my back.

The kettle look good. What does that do for you:?

And does Sauna hamper your ability to lift the next day or two?

It just good excercise. I do them one handed and try and pause at the top for a couple seconds. I feel it most in my shoulders and forearm.

Yeah, I know, lame question, but given that I have spent so many years using rotten tasting crap, it is something I am always curious about.

I few great things are a looser neck line and the material in the back, also you dont need a super tight Katana unlike a Inzer shirt. Katanas have way more power I am hitting Numbers that I couldnt hit with a double ply inzer with ease with a katana
