Am I killing myself?

I recently bought a tub of NO Xplode after I read the reviews, and I had been taking the Pro Performance Amplified Maxertion NO which hasnt really shown any kind of effect on me. I wont buy another bottle of the AMP since it didnt really improve my workout any, but I had planned on finishing the bottle. My question is: Would it be a wise idea to double up on the NO by taking the NO Xplode and the AMP NO, or should I just take one at a time?

i would just finish the stuff from GNC then start the NO Xplode. i think you can go up to 2 scoops on the xplode if you want.

Instead of taking a full dose from each, you can take half dose from each one until you run out of the AMP then just up the NO xplode to full dose.

It won't kill you taking 2 full doses but too much caffeine will burn out your CNS. I take up to 600mg caffeine a day and I'm fine. I've seen some members take up to 1g a day and they've been fine. Of course if you're taking that much you should probably cycle off of it after awhile and supplement with some vitamin C.

This is all broscience of course.

I think errorist's idea would be okay, but definitely do not use both at full doses. I can't say for a fact, but I'm sure you're kidneys or liver wouldn't do too well with it. But I do know you won't get the most out of taking both... you're body won't absorb them effectively.

if you shop a GNC then please do kill yourself...j/k...kind of...that being said, save some money and order online. whether it be bb.com or another site. better products for less money than GNC's AMP crap.

Well, considering the recommended dose of Hydroxycut could kill you then a double dose of NO isn't too farfetched IMO, LOL.
