Here's an overview of myself. I'm about 5 ft 10 185 lbs or so. I'm trying to bulk to 190-195 or so by july first. I will be doing 8 weeks of this program. I will start monday.

thanks I'm hoping to bring my max bench from 265 - 315 by probably summers (around octoberish?) end if I can. I need my squat to hit 455 and my dead to hit 515. After that I'll be satisfied with my lifts.
