    thanks I'm hoping to bring my max bench from 265 - 315 by probably summers (around octoberish?) end if I can. I need my squat to hit 455 and my dead to hit 515. After that I'll be satisfied with my lifts.

    thanks bro normally my dead is a little higher but I've been doing them slowly to keep my back 100% straight. I used to train with my last rep or 2 slightly curved not any more though.
