I will start with my WO today.
Back/Biceps/Forearms
Hammer Strength plate loaded rows. 5-45's a side. 6-sets
WG pull downs with the stackwell maxwell. 4 sets.
Seated cable rows stackwell maxwell. 4 sets.
Standing one arm cable curls 6 sets.
DB hammers 3 sets.
BB wrist curls 6 sets 185 15-20 reps.
Cardio: Walked to truck. It was a fast walk.
