Cheat meal = pics. Remember that
So being in the US for a few days I have seen numerous Panda Express's. I can see how they would get you. They just sneak up and pop out of no where lol.
Nice work on the stepper HIIT. Well done.

Just got your voice message....
For the record, starting your message off with "Are you there G-d? It's me, Margret" is funny, but loses it's humor after the 100th time. Clearly I'm not there, because you got my voicemail...AND, your name isn't Margret.
Also, as per your request, 100% I can get the bathtub full of Strawberry Nesquik milk. Shouldn't be a problem (I trained the owner of the hotel ), but the 42 pairs of edible wax vampire teeth, 18 rolls of duct tape and 3 pounds of feathers is a little disconcerting.
We should talk...Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

Dear J,
I would appreciate if the next time you visit you'd quit scratching out the title "Memories" on my high school year book and re-writing "Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing..." I mean...I know I look about 12...but I really don't think I looked like a 4th grader in high school either..... but even so, high school was an awkward phase...and while the awkward phase ended about 2 months ago...I'd appreciate you not bringing that up.
In regards to my requests. I'll take the bathtub of Strawberry quik. You can never have enough of that. 42 pairs was a pipe dream I admit...so I will settle for 13 pairs instead. But I must have 18 rolls of duct tape. Must. You can substitute a 5 gallon pail of flour instead of the 3 lbs of feathers if that is more convenient.
I will say this....I'd really appreciate if you'd stop having packages sent to my house by mistake. I was just going to hang onto one of them until I saw you again...but I heard a scratching sound coming from it. Come to find....apparently you can order hamsters and have them sent through the mail. While my initial thoughts where "why in the h*ll would she order hamsters...on the internet..through the mail..." I obviously turned my attention to their safety and felt relief that I had opened the package. The three of them are pretty cute, and I took the liberty of naming them Arnold, Ronnie, and Hammie for you until you can pick them up (Hammie is a little bit of an outkast..but its ok...). One small problem though, they got a little close to the stim portion of my supp shelf and now they have not stopped running on their wheel for 5 straight days. Please come pick them up ASAP as they look restless and I fear for my safety.
BAM! There was a lot of essence there....
Yep...it was.
I kinda want to make a t-shirt.....it's been a while....
I really must have been a frat boy in my previous life.......No excuses, just performance...

We both know there's another person involved here...even if it's just a voice in your head...

Check the name on the shipping label again.
Could be Richard Gere's.

Tomorrow: On Call..so it'll be a rest day. Then I start a week of vacation a tiny bit early by getting to go home Friday morning...which is the. best. ever. Friday will be HIIT or Leg/ab day depending on how the overnight goes.
I admit it. Yer in my head. Every damn time I want to put more weight on I hear your 12 year old voice (the one you have now at age 22) "Put that back..no...that's too heavy....urntdoinitrite....FINE...BE DISPROPORTIONATE.." and any number of things you've told me. I know you do it out of <3.
Do you even know what the copyright date is for those books...it came before your time. Lemme break it down for ya....I picked Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing because it was likely to be one you'd read because it is timeless. There were others that I didn't select for reasons I will list for you....just to make you aware.
Other titles (that's Famous Titles...not t*tties Mr Connery) by the esteemed Judy Blume:
Super Fudge (the sequel) but not really relavant in this case to the situation or retort
Starring Sally J. Friedman as Herself...it was a tempting pick...I have to admit...
Deenie--You don't have scoliosis....or a shaved head.
Blubber----jus 'cause you have the Fattie shirt...yer not fat. This didn't apply either. Nor have you ever dressed up for Halloween (at least not that I'm aware of) as a Flensor.
Then Again, Maybe I won't....it was tempting....very tempting....
Tiger Eyes---You don't live in New Mexico.
Freckle Juice----Was briefly in the running...but...wasn't feeling it really...
So as you can see.....Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing was the obvious choice...I can go all day on this one...all day...
It was addressed to Andrew.....
Not Richard Gere. That was Gerbils...not hamsters.
And for the love of G-d hurry up and come pick them up.....Hammie is starting to get aggressive towards Arnold and Ronnie....but I think the stims are wearing off.
Sigh...I'd have been a good frat boy.....err...I was a good frat boy...
Regardless...you get my point....
I have a very very strong feeling that both of these will really take off at the same time. The issues I have with them are all very much related. So I'm thinking when I get everything in place as far as the whole glute activation deal...I'll be hitting a better stride...
I agree....I sometimes forget...and I don't always "like" this...but I also "like" having a healthy back and legs that match their strength with their thickness...so....it is what it is..
1) What happened to FST-7?
2) Oh....you do, do you....lol.....but you don't even know what I've got.... It's not as glamorous as it sounds....
3) And why you bein MoSlacker?!?!?!?! Don't you know you're supposed to be putting up the big numbers? How else would I know that I'm supposed to be lifting more?Last edited by sammykapp; 12-03-2009 at 10:13 AM.

Workout: HIIT SFP 2.0 on the Stairmaster
5 min Warmup
14 min intervals 15s/45s
22 min LISS
14 min intervals 15s/45s
5 min Cooldown
Tomorrow: Leg Circuit/Abs stuff
1) Vacation = awesome. It will be a great mix of some relaxation, some time with the family to celebrate early Christmas, and some workouts....
2) In the past, even when I could put up solid flat bench numbers, I used to really struggle with incline presses comparatively. I'm liking this phase in life in this regard much much better. I've got some ideas aka delusions of grandeur in mind in regards to incline strength, so it will be fun to chase them down.
I can't wait until my squat strength catches up with some of the other numbers.....or rather...I can wait, until I get my form tight. Right.
I was happy....but I want more reps. Like I've said...when I get 135 for 10...I'll have arrived...or something like that....No excuses, just performance...
