Put the damn bar higher on your back and stand up like a person not a pre-evolutionary ape. lol. Or a turtle. You will be able to rack it MUCH easier and you can even do MORE. You got the leg power, but, your making it a back workout and your back is weaker than your legs.
I think if you move the bar, keep your back straight and STAND UP you can do 550lbs.is not a powerlifter :-D

yea, and to the OP look at your shoot up off the lower part of the 515 you have NO problem jumping with it. At least your power is a lack of bar placement, my max is just because I can't put more weight on the bar because I'm too much of a pussy and it hurts my traps.is not a powerlifter :-D

The bar shouldnt be lower than the top of your scapula. That's why the bar fell off, because it didn't even seem to be resting on your scapulas.
Also, using an extreme-low-bar position forces you to lean way too far forward, in order to keep the center of gravity over your feet, which results in the aforementionned good morning of the weight.

remember when you made that form check thread and eveyone told you that your form was god-awful-heinous b/c you have the bar racked halfway down your back?
I remember that.
Seriously, you need to fix that. You also aren't hitting depth and since you begin the squat halfway bent-over, you aren't even finishing the squat. Youtube some powerlifters squatting, you wont find anyone else doing what you do. That should tell you something.
Also if I ran that gym I would definitely kick you out for safety reasons.

your bar position is WAY to low causing you to lean over so far... if you didnt lean over like that the bar would fall off your back.
switch to a high bar placement.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but this is a vid of me squatting 500x1 and 455x4. Is the bar too low on my back also? I maintain a good arch but I definitely have a bit of good morning going on.
Didn't have time to edit the vid so at the beginning I walkout with 500 but couldn't get my feet set right so I reracked it before actually going for the 500x1.
