Starting a new thread for mad_fox et al, since the title of the other one was misleading. I'll update this as more people post, and add a column for % of BW later tonight. Here's the current stats:

Just a reminder of the rules:
1. NO LEG DRIVE
2. STRICT, FROM THE RACK POSITION ON YOUR SHOULDERS (ie. not from the top of your forehead, your nose, or your chin)
3. NO BEHIND-THE-NECK
4. MUST BE STANDING (from a rack, or after a clean)
5. VIDEO EVIDENCE OF WINNING LIFT MUST BE PROVIDED. AS YOU SET NEW PR'S, POST THEM HERE AND WE CAN UPDATE THE TABLE, BUT WHEN YOU HIT THE GOAL, PROVIDE VID.
If you can't get video evidence, you can still play, just can't be declared an official "winner" Get motivated and have fun!
People can feel free to join in at any time, and we'll have mini-celebrations every time someone hits the goal. Sound fair?

I usually don't like to post numbers unless I have videos to back it up, but I have done 225x12 many times. I am currently doing OHP's with a Swiss bar, which is different. I did 240x8 last night for a couple set on the swiss bar, and then 150x33 then 200x20 at the end. I'll have to start doing bw for reps when I go back to the straight bar.

Nice lifting! Looks like that 300 was really close. I know you're trying to be as strict as possible, but if you pushed your head through as soon as the bar cleared your forehead and changed the groove to up and back, like your final reps on the previous sets, it might've gone...
What's a Swiss bar?
And it looks like you can't join in, since you're already far beyond the BW OHP But hang out and give the rest of us some advice!

Perhaps, but I think I was really just a bit spent. Unfortunately, I don't always have good days on OHP's, depends how the elbows are feeling, like right now the right one is hurting so I can't fully lock out at the moment.

Not sure what my standing is, 145 sitting down. I guess I'll have to try this.
Whats the range of motion? I'm assuming full, below 90 degrees to lockout?

Will this competition require us to show our actual body weight on scales or are we just kind of going by the honor system?
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.

had to take a week off from the gym this week due to a stupid flu i had but i'm temped to do a couple extra sessions this week just to get back to OHPing. next time i'm in the gym i'm gona check what my max is just to see how far i have to go. hopefully only 4-6weeks but i'm not sure as ive been doing seated in the smith at 85kgs 4 5reps. 17kgs shouldn't be that hard to achieve.
people ask me how to train, and i answer "i look at what you do and then i do the exact oposite"
if your family was captured and you were told you needed to put 100 pounds onto your max squat within two months or your family would be executed, would you squat once per week? Something tells me that you'd start squatting every day
