I can run a solid 6:00-6:20 mile. Nothing great. I'm an excellent sprinter though, endurance running is not my forte.

Well I haven't run a timed mile since 8th grade and then it was 6:15. Now I'm a senior, so I have no idea. I'm running trackt his year, so I'll cut all the fat I've put on since my bulk and I'm hoping to be able to get down to around that time again. But back in 8th grade I was like 6'0, 135 lbs and now I'm 6'2" 197, so I got a lot more weight to carry around...

yeah im doing track so my time is getting faster and im still trying to bodybuild.....kinda tough but i like the challenge

recorded is like 8 minutes 8 seconds for gym as a senior

but I walked half way

I started to run more and I'm pretty sure I can hit it in the 5 range, never timed but I could run miles with ease, not out of breath and I got from A to B smoothly and nonstop.

But...I'm switching to sprint mode =/

so...I'm going backwards on the mile..possibly.

Before I started weightlifting it was 6:30, I think I could get 6:00 now.

8:52 or so.. I'm absolutely TERRIBLE in long distance, but I rock in short distance. Woot

I ran a 5:04 sophomore year in track, then got sick junior year and got senioritis senior year... oh what could have been!
I'm a good 30 pounds heavier now and the same height so I doubt I could even run a good 5:45.

A kid at my school does around 4:30 *witnessed*

My personal best, timed/recorded, was 7:02. Lettered in hurdles though (at 5'6").
