man knock some of those suckers off the free weights! tell um to get out of the way for someone who knows whats goin on! i had to do it today with a squat rack curler. Dude was curlin the bar in the power rack and i made him move to a bench station. cant do my band skwats anywhere else!

She had surgery and did not get the green light to start exercising yet! We will find out tomorow!
Also, I feel bad for saying this but I would not mind if she never came back to working out with me...she is a bit of a complainer and it upset me to see her work so hard at the gym than go home and start eating like ****!
oh and i agree i dont think you're gunna be losing any strength during this cut. you should be pretty good at these strength levels (and higher!) for quite a whileMy journal:

I know bro, been there done that! I would kill myself in the gym only to go and order some Burger kind, eat a pizza and binge eat thru the night!
I guess it motivates her, but she does not see anything wrong with the way she eats! So talking to her about it only make her more defensive!

Until she wakes up and decided to make the change like I did, there is nothing I can do!
