Multiple health issues and injuries, blah blah blah....
I have spent the summer working on conditioning. As usual lets get this started again.
Walked around with a wheelbarrow for about 45 minutes

This week felt ok. Going to keep pressing on. Basing my training on 10/20/life again. Bought the latest addition but not to much changed. I did update the thread I started on it with the spreadsheet attached.

I'll do my modification again which does an overload bench day instead of just a fluff and buff day. My bench responds better to that. So far so good. Hasn't felt heavy at all and no pain. I can feel it but no pain. Hard to describe the feel of a dull nervish feeling but it can be felt. Just no pain. Did I say no pain?
