Need some advice to help me shred fat fast.

I was wondering how much of everything I would need to eat for me to lose weight fast and not lose much muscle.

would something like 3000kcal, 350g protein, 300g carbs and 50g fat be a good start? or might it be too much protein and not enough fat?

would eat it in 7 small meals. do cardio every day and work out 4 times / week.

    about me:
    270lbs
    6'3"
28% bf last time i looked. probably about 24-25% now.
    26 years old.

    Any input appreciate.

ya go keto for sure. the initial switch from a balanced diet to keto alone will trim off a good 5-10 lbs.

hit the cardio and do low reps heavy weight to maintain mass.

I'm not expert but all that cardio you're doing is definitely going to take some muscle with it. Exactly what kind of cardio? Running, I'm assuming? Cardio everyday sounds like a bit much but if it's nothing too crazy I think you're ok.

Don't focus on 7 small meals as much as you should just focus on eating ever 2-3 hours.
