I just try to work up to a max set. Like rotate between 8,5 and 3 rep maxes on different weeks.. I used to do a lot of volume but haven't been lately. So nothing special, just been focusing on the basic movements and working on weak points. I'm no expert on this stuff but I'd be happy to check out your workout.

290x1 bench. didnt wait long enough to call it paused so, ill stick w/ t-n-g for now lol. fairly easy though w/ an overly full set of lungs (full of nose tork...tooooooo much nose tork imo lol my lungs were hurting.)
