    Hi Guys

    I posted a few pages back as AussieBrent seeing as my bodyspace was inactive and for some reason it wouldn't reactivate I started a fresh one as I wanted to get my bodyspace going as a blog for others to keep up with my progress and for myself to look back in a years time and go wow look at how much i change!

    I will be updating bodyspace regularly and keeping a fatloss journal in the Fat Loss area I look forward to becoming more active on here and seeing some awesome transformtions!

    I dropped the initial 105 to 82 in about 4-5 months the slow part is toning up and trying to add muscle *sadface*

    Wow...just wow.

    I decided today that I wanted to burn off the extra 50-60 pounds I'm carrying around (again....lost 50 pounds back in 08 but gained it back) and put on some muscle this time around.

    So....I came on here looking for inspiration - something to give me that boost in willpower and that push to not just think it but get started. I definitely found it here.

    I'm basically posting here just to say thank you to everyone who posted pics and for the inspiration. I hope to be posting my own in before and after pics in a few months.

    I posted a little while back but figured I woud update. I started out at 365 back in September 2010. I realized I needed to lose weight, and was distgused I let it get that far. So, I joined a gym and started a low calorie diet and am down to 220 as of right now. My goal is to get a six pack. I think I have about 30-40lbs left till I'm at that point.

    Didnt take me too long tbh, but it was hard work... took me about 5 months in total
    2 months and a bit of diet plus training, quit training due to exams for another 2 months just strict diet, and now started training again as of this week bro...im nowhere near my goal so im still cutting now, aiming for 8-9% bodyfat

    ive got a basic split routine

    monday: chest + 20-40mins cardio
    tuesday: legs + 20-40mins cardio
    wednesday: arms + 20-40mins cardio
    thursday:shoulders + 20-40mins cardio
    friday: back + 20-40mins cardio
    and abs and obliques on alternating days
    saturday & sunday: just cardio...about an hour

    for cardio i mainly do cross trainer and stationary bike or swimming

    as of diet...i eat around 1600-1700 calories a day... my diet consist mostly of pure lean meat (grilled) (chicken breasts, fish, tuna cans, sometimes red meat)

    google loseit! and that site is great tells you exactly the cals you need...if you have an iphone or ipod you can get the app for free

    I was about 11-12 percent when I started, maybe 13-14 percent now. Yes slow bulk, just eating nice and clean. I seem to react well to fats so my split is 40/30/30 for my food.

    Training = Layne Norton's Power/Hypertrophy split.

    From junk food king to

    8am - 3 eggs + shake
    10:30 - shake + apple
    12-12:30 - subway salad ( crappiest less filling salad I could find but had double chicken teryaki )
    2-2:30 - shake + banana
    5pm - dinner - generally just a piece of fresh fish + packet of those microwave veges
    6pm - gym - cardio - ran about 25 mins at 8k ( sorry nz speed ) worked up for 3-4 months
    after gym shake then home nothing else that night to eat.

    this is how I dropped all the weight then slowly got back into the lifting which I do at least 5 nights a week sometimes more ( yeah yeah over training this, that etc blaaaah personal choice cos Im in a relationship with my gym ) I also run for 20-30 mins after if I've lifted heavy or do sprint intervals for 15 mins if I've lifted light

    Today I got a bf% I was 87.8kg @ 11.2 % - lowest bf so far and have added some weight so happy as
