My bench press is very very poor. i am sure 15 year old's can bench what i can bench. when i go to the gym i usually bwench like 30 kgs on each side, with this weight i can do about 3-4 by myself. i think that is terrible considering first years at college (16 year olds) are benching 40 kg's each side i feel like an assclown.
how can i improve my bench press. doesnt seem to have improved for ages.

bench 85kgs 10 rep
precher curl 30kgs 5-8 reps,
squat 100kgs 10 reps havent tried alot of weight
Body Fat who knows pretty dam high right now%

i have another topic on my diet, u will see it is poor.
my routine is flat bench, inlcine bench, then either flies or pec dec or cable crossovers. might do 2 of those though.
my other exercises are also kinda lower then what i used to be able to do. e.g. could lift 24's for db, now i can only do 20's for 10 reps each arm.
lat pulldowns, could do 88 kg's now can only do 65-70Stats

It is without question because of your diet. Fix it, if you EVER feel like being anything related to a lifter. Strawberry fruit bars don't count as breakfast.
