To Start Things Out...
About Me/Goals:
Well, i'm Nik. I'm 18, and i've been busting my ass in the gym for about 1 year. I started out extremely skinny fat, sitting in at about 150lbs and 28%BF . Lately, after about one year of bulking and cutting i've got to 155 11%BF. Now, i'm 160 12-13%BF, and ready to put on some MAJOR muscle strength and hopefully keep my BF down while doing so!
What Will This Log Consist Of??
EVERYTHING!! hah, but i am going to mainly focus on Strength, Muscle Fullness, Endurance, Mentality, Libido, Weekly Photos, Weekly Measurements, joint soreness, and more! (Plus random pictures, videos, comments, and thoughts )

The Diet:
Meal 1:
6 Egg Whites
3 Whole DHA eggs
Oatmeal
42g protein, 15g fat, 30g Carbs
Meal 2:
6 oz Lean Meat (Fish, Chicken, Beef)
18 Almonds
2 slices wheat bread
42g protein, 15g fat, 20g Carbs
Meal 3:
6 oz Lean Meat (Fish, Chicken, Beef)
1 Cup Oatmeal
2tbs Peanut Butter
42g protein, 15g fat
Meal 4:
2 Scoops Whey
2tbs Peanut Butter
2 cups Whole Grain Cereal
42g protein, 15g fat, 60g Carbs
Meal 5
6 oz Lean Meat (Fish, Chicken, Beef)
3tsp Olive/Flax/Enova Oil
42g protein, 15g fat
Meal 6
1 Cup Cottage cheese/ 4-5 eggs / Casein Shake
2tbs Peanut butter (If no eggs)
42g protein, 15g fat
Supplements:
Green Magnitude
Bulk BA
Scivation X-tend
Protein (Casein and Whey)
ZMA
Animal Pak
Various Nootropics
Fish Oil
And various pre WO products as needed
The Workout Routine:
I change up every month, currently i'm going for Intensity, first workout on this routine Monday December 22nd.
Week 1 = 5 sets, 4 Exercises/Body part, 8 RM. (High Volume "Shock)
Week 2 = 3 sets, 4 Exercises/Body part, 5RM
Week 3 = 3 sets, 4 Exercises/Body part, 5RM
Week 4 = 5 sets, 4 Exercises/Body part, 8 RM. (High Volume "Shock)
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Cardio (Low intesity and high intensity bag work)
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back
Saturday - Arms
Sunday - OFF
Game Time.

Day 1
The Workout:
Cardio: 30min at a steady state. 4.4mph and 3incline.
Heavy Bag: 30min including: 25 Left Jab, 25 right Jab, 25 Left Hook, 25 Right Hook, 25 Left Upper Cut, 25 Right Upper cut, 3x25 Combos, and 3 HIIT 2min Rounds.
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Its been 10 days since i stopped my last bottle of activate Xtreme, and lemme tell you, i can tell. I've suddenly started getting pretty sore again from my workouts! I guess that really shows t hat Activate was definitely helping out on recovery!
Endurance:
haha the Rounds and combos were damn hard on the heavy bag lol. No endurance changes
Mentality:
By now basically back to normal in the gym,but still feeling alpha/confident
Libido:
Normal
Joints:
Only day one on Lean Xtreme.....
Last Nights Sleep:
Still been getting very deep sleep! My favorite "side effect" lol
Water Intake:

I'm 18.
From what i can tell Activate would be great on either a cut or a bulk. I made some really nice strength gain and added 8 pounds while bulking, so i know for a fact it works well there.
For cutting i can see it being great for adding/maintaining strength and possibly aiding in fat loss. I'd maybe go with a slightly higher carb/ almost recomp cut though.
I cant really say yet about the lean xtreme thogh cuz i'm just starting it, but form what i've heard its Obviously good on a cut/recomp but its also supposed to be good at reducing any fat gain while bulking (i guess we'll see though )Cant stop, wont stop.

BB Shrugs(With Hold At Top): 135x15, 135x15, 135x15
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Great pump going today, could it be possible Activate is already "re" kicking in?
The pumps seemed to did down about a week after ceasing use after one month (still were stronger than normal, but they were noticeably less then when i was popping activate). Today it was back at that "on" kinda strong pump. Very enjoyable.
Endurance:
Endurance has definitely kept up through the "off" period and i still feel it. Before i was on activate i wouldn't be able to push my self so hard on every set without changing lowering the weight.
Mentality:
I was suddenly relaxed and in a good mood today and yesterday? Coincidence? possibly....
No Alpha male/aggressive mentality in gym yet, but then again it is only day three. I kinda figure it should probably kick into full gear in another day or two?
Libido:
Oddly enough it was EXTREMELY high yesterday and today. Higher then it was all of last month. I'm excited to see if this continues!
Joints:
Feelin fine so far
Though my body did take a beating with the 5 working sets per exercise!
Last Nights Sleep:
I still can't get enough!! Going to sleep is actuality an enjoyable experience now!
Water Intake:

-I haven't done Arnolds or Seated Military since the week before starting my first month on Activate. I went back to them today and was glad to break my previous PR's!
-Overall good workout.

KILLER leg workout today.
I was going to go high volume, but one of the trainers at the gym who i'm cool with was doing legs today to so i ended up working out with him. Not as high volume but fckin KILLER intesity. GREAT workout. Broke my Squats PR too!

Day 4
The Workout:LEGS
Squats: 255x6, 255x6, 255x6 205x15, 165x20, 165x18
SLDL: 215x8, 215x8, 215x8, 215x8, 215x8
Bike: High resistance, hard. 30min
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
HUGE pump going in my legs. Holy ****, i could barly do full ROM on the last set cuz i was so pumped up!
Endurance:
Strength was up judging by how i was able to get the other two sets 255 which i wasn't able to last week. Endurance i was totaly deaddd by my last set of squats but i think i was definitely able to push my self harder than normal.
Mentality:
ha i can till its kicking in, i'm getting that relaxed stress free feel during the day again!
No extra Alpha male/aggressive mentality in gym yet..
Libido:
Still HIGH. Wtf? haha idk maybe coincidence because it is higher than the whole last cycle
Joints:
Feelin fine so far
Last Nights Sleep:
7hours DEEP. Its amazing. Usualy i cant function on less than 8 preferably 9 hours of sleep, but lately i've been waking up easier and have more energy though out the day. Definitely a big plus in my book.
Water Intake:

-The 255 to the 205 was a super set and almost killed me. lol i could barely breath after . Then with the rest of the 2 highrep sets i couldn't walk. I had to call it quits after SLDL
