Angry Protein and Pizza dont mix

I started cutting a week ago but to say the truth im not sure if im doing it right or not yeah i do the protein bull**** and i got all sorts of fancy pants supplements and im still on creatine but how the **** does it matter if my calories come from protien or carbs i mean im taking in only 1200cal a day and i mean being alive burns a **** load I dont know how many exactly but why not just eat twelve hundred cal worth of pizza because i mean im cutting fine and i burn almost 900cal diong cardio for an hour and a half everday.

Why the **** cant i eat some pizza its in my fridge tauntiung my fatass. Two days in a row ive preheated my oven but havent made it. In want some carbs I dont want protein I want the opposite of atkins. Does matter when your cutting.

    fine line.

If you don't go over your maintenance calorie intake you won't gain weight...

If you don't get in enough protein for the day...where is the muscular growth?

Do you want to sacrifice the calories you could be getting in from protein on a fatty pizza?

I'm assuming the pizza has a fair bit of fat in it too.

I won't get into the science of it all. But you are better off eating 3 meals of protein + a few carbs spreaded out over 6 hours than a pizza with the calorie intake of 3 meals at once.

    If you're cutting that is.

Don't worry, you can eat pizza soon.

Set up a sub-goal for now,for example,if you're 200 lbs on 30% bf (assuming only),set up your sub goal for 190 lbs on 27% bf.

Once you reach the subgoal, have a cheat day,BUT ONLY ONE,and move ahead with your program. I find that to really motivate me a lot, since I was about 215 lbs on 30% bf earlier, and everytime I reduced 3% bf I had a nice cheat day with friends. Well, now at 24% the bf reduction has slowed down and I havent eaten junk for almost a month. But it was good while it lasted..LoL.
I,and only I am the SOLE KEY to my SUCCESS

so many things wrong with this. come to the fat loss forum, we'll help you out.

first: 1200 cals is waaaay too low. i consider 1800 a minimum unless there are special circumstances

second: hour and a half of cardio is a bit much. you can burn the same amount of calories in 45 minutes if you do a little work, however low intensity is best for preserving muscle, which appearently you arent concerned about..

third: sure, have pizza and junk food all day but to fit in your calorie range, you could only have 2 MAYBE 3 meals of pizza and twinkies...or you could have 6-8 meals of good clean food and get to your goals a hell of a lot faster. clean foods taste good too, its a matter of not putting yourself near junk food and surrounding yourself with whole wheats and protein

fourth: carbs are a-ok to have when cutting, its a shame people dont realize this. im gunna let you in on 2 magic words my friend: whole wheat. stay away from simple carbs except after a workout

fifth: theres no reason to buy "fancy pants" supplements so that sucks you wasted that money. creatine and whey are a good idea though.
