best method is to just gradually clean up your diet (eliminate excess carbs/fats) until your weight loss stalls. then carb cycle. one high day (300-500) to every low day (100-200) while lifting heavy as fuuuark.
keto is amazing for up to 4 weeks, anything longer, and your hormone production and metabolism go to sht. So when wanting to peak for leaness, start keto 4 weeks out. carb up (300g a day) for 3 days before, bam smole ass mof fo. try it. guaranteed results, but no loner than 4 weeks imo....imnoting

Prehaps too general of a question, but what do you think is the best diet to drop body fat while retaining muscle?
I'm thinking of trying keto with weekly refeeds next time around in an effort to go from about 15 to 10% BF.

never done anything illegal. however, i cannot claim natty. did a few cycles of M1T when it hit the scene back in 2003, only gained about 15lbs of muscle and about 20lbs of fat. ate nothing but hamburger helper with 70/30 hamburger meat for 1 year along with veggies and multi.. that was it.

weight gainer is a waste of money. most is made up of about 50% sugar. look at the nutrition facts. rice crispie treats are cheaper and they taste better. If you are a hard gainer, eat as much red meat as your gut can stand....but be sure to take in veggie and salad so your body does not become blocked up. Your test will be off the carts and you will gain lean mass like crazy. I did this method on a friend of mine who was 6'4'' 130. After a 4 month tour in the desert (military) he was 6'4'' 160. 4 months. beastin.

Do you recommend 5-day bodypart splits for naturals? Or will a routine that has lower volume and is broken up to 3 times a week suffice?

Respect & repped for being a Lyle McDonald fan, the man is a genius. His interview I recently read on a muscle insider magazine on the study of geranium was outstanding.
Have you tried the UD 2.0 Diet? if so what are your takes on it.

If you intend on doing any type of cardio, do not do keto. i reccomend moderate carbs, low fat, high protein with HIIT cardio. Onnce you do it for a while, you can "feel" the glycogen levels in your muscles. When your levels are low, you are burning mad fat son. You should be a "little: hungry about 75% of the time. never starving! but just a lil HUNGRY...nam sayin.
when you feel flat/weak, refeed, listen your body. If you want personal training online, just shoot me a PM. I help misc brahs for free, lus i can get a better idea of your tolerance levels if you know how to communicate through words....imnoting

Your opinion on German Volume Training?
There may be people that have more talent than you, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.
