Big thanks to the people over at Controlled Labs for sending me over a tub of their new preworkout, White Warped. I received the Gummy Worm flavor and was pretty excited to crack into it.
Now I was a bit disappointed to hear CL was no longer producing White Flash. Flash was definitely my favorite pre from them so that was a bummer. This replaced it so I had some high expectations for it going into this log.
Here is the profile for White Warped for those interested.
Personally I think White Flash was a better formulated product but the real test is does it perform in the real world, in this case, the gym.
I'll fast forward since I've already had three training sessions using White Warped. Going forward I'll post my training.
White Warped is the only pre supplement i'm taking as to not cause any interference with judging the product fairly. Other than that I'm just taking some whey protein, a multi, fish oil, vitamin D3 and a joint supplement.
Here's what White Warped looks like opened and in the scooper.
I'll first comment on the flavor since it's one of the more unique flavors I've had. As I mentioned I received the Gummy Worm flavor. I mixed all three servings (3 training sessions thus far) in about 10oz of cold water.
With just a couple shakes each serving mixed well. The flavor is pretty good. It has a nice candy like taste to it without being overly sweet or "sugary". I definitely can interpret a gummy worm candy when drinking White Warped. It's a nice change of pace from the common pre workout flavors and definitely goes down easy.
Now I expected the energy to be solid seeing as you're getting 350mg of caffeine with 250mg coming from caffeine anhydrous and the other 100mg coming from di-caffeine malate. I experienced a good onset of energy along with a consistent flow of steady energy. This feeling of smooth energy is consistent with my previous uses of Controlled Lab's pres.
I experienced no bad crashes post training and had a nice "come down" so to speak soon after my training.
One thing I did note that was lacking a little bit was the focus. I personally like that focus feeling heading into my training and during. With White Warped it was lacking just ever so slightly. Thankfully the energy was definitely the shining point during my three training sessions.
When it came to pumps, the pumps were ok but nothing that knocked my socks off. I definitely had better pumps with White Flash if I was to compare the two. That's not to say I didn't but at the same time I've had better pumps with other pres.
I did feel a little swole on my last training session and maybe was feeling myself too much and took a pic for reference.
So far though I would say White Warped has been solid for the first three training sessions. I'll be back in the gym come Thursday and will start logging my training sessions as well for the remainder of this log.

Nice start to the log and like you I love to be super focused before training and without even
trying White Warped it would have been nice to see any one of these ALPHA GPC 300mg,
CDP 250mg, or Choline Bitartrate 2000mg combined with the Huperzine but one big plus is
that this doesn't have any L-Theanine to rob you of any energy.

No problem man.
Good to see you man.
Yesterday was day 4 of training with White Warped. I woke up around 8:00 AM and played a little Apex Legends while I had 1 scoop of White Warped. I had 1 scoop in 10oz of water and find that to be a good amount of water for the flavor.
I had the serving through out a couple games and when I was done with my serving I was ready to hit the gym. By the time I got into my truck I felt more awake and this time I felt a bit more focus than the previous three times I used White Warped.
At the gym I felt good. It was a similar experience with other CL pres where my energy just felt smooth and consistent. What really was a a lot better was the focus. Yesterday the focus definitely was stronger which I enjoyed a lot. The pump even felt a bit better than the previous times.
Overall the energy, focus, pump, and endurance were great and produced one good training session.

Summary: Yesterday was my lower body day. I had 1 scoop of White Warped in 10oz of water. Yesterday's training session felt good. The energy is a lot more smoother than other pres and really doesn't hit you hard in the face but you definitely notice that extra motivation so to speak. What I noticed more was how each use the focus seems to be getting better. This is something i'm going to keep tabs on.
I didn't have much of a crazy pump or anything but I'm one that doesn't want a pump on leg day personally. Overall though the workout was great. My energy and focus was really good and carried on smoothly through the training session.
Today is a rest day for me and i'll be back for my second upper body day of the week.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Summary: This mornings training session was great. I had some White Warped a little bit after waking up then ate a pre workout meal before hitting the gym.
I really felt the focus a lot more today vs day 1. I think that the focus has been getting with each training session. My mindset was definitely in the zone through out training and just felt dialed in.
The energy was smooth and consistent through out training with no drop off. Even post training I felt good and had a good amount of energy left heading into work.
The pump was one of the more solid ones I've had. I noticed a nice pump and vascularity. It was a nice feeling to have a strong pump going with some veins popping out.
Overall day 6 was f'n great. Energy, focus, pump, and endurance were all on point. Tomorrow is my second lower body day and i'm looking forward to it.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Yesterday I was unable to make it to the gym for my lower body day due to work.
This morning I hit the gym but was on some time constraints so I was only able to hit my front squat and RDL, simple yet effective.
I had 1 scoop of White Warped in 10oz of water on an empty stomach. Focus and energy were nice and smooth. My training session only took about 30 minutes but can tell the energy and focus was even there after when I got home and played some Apex Legends .
Tomorrow is a rest day and i'll be back in the gym on Thursday and Friday.

Summary: This was a great start to the training week. My protocol for consuming White Warped has been the same. I took 1 scoop of White Warped prior to hitting the gym on an empty stomach. The energy and focus just seems to get better and better with each training session. By the time I got to the gym I was ready to go. The focus and energy carried on nicely through out my training.
I also noticed a nice pump that seemed to get better as the session went on. Overall it was a great session with some nice energy, focus, pump and endurance. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

The energy and endurance was smooth and consistent which seems to be the common theme when it comes to those two departments.

Summary: Woke up this morning at 8:00 AM and played some Apex Legends while sipping 1 scoop of WW during gaming before hitting the gym. By the time I was done I felt the energy and focus kicking in. I noticed this due to my game play and being in tuned with what was going on. I hit the gym soon after for what was a great upper body day.
My overhead press felt strong which surprised me. Last week it felt kind of week but today was just on point. Everything just felt in tuned. My energy and focus was awesome and the pump I had was solid. Everything just felt good. The energy lasted 2 hours after the gym as well as I headed to work.
One more training day left in the week so i'm looking forward to that.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

It was a simple but effective training session. Not much of a pump but as I mentioned before, I could care less on leg day for a pump. Tomorrow is my upper body day and i'm looking forward to that.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
