Felt kind of underwhelming at the time tbh.

It was quite a surprise actually. I think I had competed like 2 months before and done a hard 575 which was at my limit. I was disappointed I couldn't attempt 600 at that competition, so I got back into training almost immediately. Did 605 like it was nothing. This was back in 2013? if I remember correctly.

No idea srs. I've accepted I'll never get there. Most I've seen in person was guys squatting 4 plates for reps. This was at an oldschool bodybuilding gym.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

Does three 200lbs reps count?

Personally I never liked to go to heavy on squat (no 1 rep max). I prefer higher reps and love the rubber-like feeling after legs are done, your legs all swelled up and you can barely walk home.
