Ok. New to bodybuilding.com but I am ready to jump in with both feet.. I have been doing weeks of research and with help from pros from this board, I think I have worked out my PH cycle.... I am starting Monday so if you have any suggestions, PLEASE INPUT!! I will keep this log updated daily with weight and increase updates.. **** I am thinking of MAYBE depending on how my body reacts to Trenadrol, is maybe stacking toward the end with a Hdrol or I have even see people do 4 weeks Trenadrol and 2+ weeks of another stack. Any recommendations.. This is my first PH cycle so I am taking it slowly at first.. **

First day of my cycle I wont be working out.. I am starting to work out Monday.. I have a MRI scheduled for the AM to make sure my C7 Veritibra is where its suppose to be, then hitting the gym after.

Excited as hell to start my first cycle. I am new to the PH game but not to working out. I will post Pics and starting Measurements tomorrow or Monday.. Going to do my best to keep this log updated daily with me and my homie who is doing the EXACT same thing I am doing.. The bastard is 8 years younger than me and already strong as F*ck so its gonna be fun to see if I can pass his ass up!
Please throw in ya ideas.. Want to make this a KICK ass cycle.

Just worked out my Dosage for the supplements to spread them out and hopefully get the most.. Let me know if I am on the right track..
AM - As soon as I wake up - 2 MRI No2 Pills, 1 Amino Acid
PreWorkout - I always workout before breakfast - Protein shake with Cycle Support and Poseidon
PreWorkout - Protein Shake with a Banana
Breakfast - About 30-45 mins after workout - Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Trenadrol, Yohimbe, Amino Acide
1st Snack bag about 2 hours after breakfast, maybe less if I am hungry - 1 Pervian MACA and Animal Flex
Lunch - MultiVitamin, Fish Oil, 2nd Dose Trenadrol, Yohimbe, and Amino Acid
Hour after lunch - Second dose of MRI No2 - 2 Pills
Dinner - 3rd Done of Trenadrol on 2nd Week when I start 3 a day
Bedtime - Protein Shake with Poseidon, Cycle Support, Amino, Fish Oil, MACA
Now I will also have my snack bags in between all this when I get hungry. But this is just my supplement dosing.. Any ideas or changes you think I need???

I am thinking of throwing Epistane 30mg with Trenadrol..
So if I do I would be dosing like this:
Week 1 - 60mg Trenadrol
Week 2-4 - 60mg Trenadrol / Epistane 30 mg
Read alot of Logs with this stack and everyone seems to like it.. Sides not that bad and insane gains..

Today is my first official day of working out... MAJOR ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING MORNING.. ill explain below..
Wake up - Half Cup Coffee
30 mins later:
Protein Shake with CS and Poseidon
1st Dose Trenadrol
Handful of Granola Oats
4 Almonds
SIDE EFFECT: As soon as I ate the oats and almonds, about 10 minutes later I started feeling HOT all over my body.. I noticed behind my knees, inside elbows, neck, face, and eyes all turned blood red.. Then my entire back and arms broke out in what looked to be hives.. My entire face was puffy and red.. STarted to scare the hell out of me.. I immediately went to the bathroom and made my self PUKE up everything in my stomach...
Now in my puke, sorry not to be gross was the completely intake Trenadrol pill.. It was not even open.. I am trying to figure out what I was allergic to.. I have taken all this stuff before.. ANY HELP ON WHAT MAY HAVE CAUSED THIS.. After I puked I took 2 tablespoons of Benedryl and within 20 mins everything went away.... Please help on this matter
After that episode I waited about another 30 mins and felt like a million bucks..
On the way to the Gym:

Need a replacement for Posedion.. PLEASE input on this..

A smart f*cker from these forums finally told me what was going on, I was having a Niacin Flush reaction to the posedion.. Taking it on a empty stomach gave me to high a dosage of Niacin.. Now I just take my normal dosages, but cut each one into 2 parts.. No more PROBLEMS! HORAAYYY FOR ME!!!

Tried some supersets today to burn the hell out of our biceps.. We did a 5x5 but each set contained the following back to back:
5 Hammers - 25lbs
5 Normal - 25lbs
5 - I dont know what to call them, but twisting my arms outwards and doing a bicep curl that way - 25lbs
so Basicall a 5x15 workout..
After that we racked the weights with the same combination: 5 Hammers, 5 Normal, 5 Outwards Curls.. Started with the 25lbs and did all the weights down to the 5lbs <--- OUCH when I was done..
Diet. Still doing good.. Staying full alot longer, so not eating as much as I would like.. I guess if my body needs it, it will digest it..
COMMENTS:
Another Powerful Day.. Loving how I am feeling in the gym.. I know this stuff does not kick in till week 2-3 but I am loving it.. We are only at 60mg dose and will kick it to 90mg per day starting Sunday.. Excited..

I'm not quite sure how to explain back pumps accurately, but you'll know what one is once you exerience it. At first I felt like I was kind of cramping or tight in my back. After a while, I realized that I was experiencing back pumps (this was first experienced on the og Superdrol).
Just wondering, but how are you planning on stacking the Reveristol and Post Cycle Support?
I'm not sure what is causing your allergic reactions, so I'm going to shy away from making any suggestions for a Poseidon replacement. Sorry.

I took Saturday and Sunday off of working out. Much needed rest and could not make it to the gym anyway.
*** SUNDAY I upped my Trenadrol dosage to 90mg, 3 pills 3 times a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner...
Saturday was sore as hell all over and knees hurt a bit, but by Sunday I felt like I could hit the gym again.. Cant wait to start week 2No Pain No Gain!! Nah I just like no Pain :)

5x5 - 70lbs 80lbs 90lbs 100lbs 100lbs <-- My damn right shoulder started hurting badly.. Was going to try the 120lb dumbbells but the pain was pretty intense.. Guess thats what I get for not warming up correctly

Shoulder really started aching so I decided to drop the dumbbells and goto cables..
Cable Lower Chest pull ups - 3 sets, 10 reps, 45lbs
Cable Upper Chest Pushes - 3 sets, 10 reps, 80lbs
Triceps -
Decided I wanted to throw in forearms, so did a 3 way circle to burn them bad boys out..
Tricep Rope Cable Pull downs - The exercise where you use a rope and twist it to raise a weight off the ground - Reverse Tricep Cable Pull Downs
3 Rounds - 10 Reps on Triceps, 3 up and downs on forearms
Behind the Head Tricep Extensions with Dumbbells:
5 Sets, 10 reps each - 60lbs 70lbs 80lbs 90lbs 100lbs
Forearm Barbell Curls - 5 Sets, as many as I could do in 15 seconds.. <-- OUCH what a burn

COMMENTS:
Well I must say one week down on the trenadrol and I am liking what I see so far.. I have noticed the pumps are staying alot longer and I am feeling stronger.. I have to figure out why I keep tweaking that damn shoulder, because its holding me back. I know I can increase the weight and could of done the 120lb dumbbells today..
This is the second day of 3 per day dosage of Trenadrol.. I am excited to see how it works on me.. I can feel the strength surging through me and minus the damn shoulder I want to eat the weights while I am working out..
We will see.. More to come..No Pain No Gain!! Nah I just like no Pain :)

Changing My Ph Cycle A Bit!! Read! :)
OK..
After alot more research I have modified my PH Cycle a bit..
Here is what I am doing:
6 Weeks Trenadrol:
60/90/90/90/90/90
2 Weeks 11-OXO Bridge
6 Pills Per day
4 Weeks OCT PCT
I force Reversitol - Directions on bottle - 3/2/2/1
All my other supplements are still the same, just changing my time line and adding the 11-OXO Bridge into it
COMMENTS???No Pain No Gain!! Nah I just like no Pain :)
