    In need of advice

    I'm 21 years old, 6' 2", and weighing in at 135 lbs.

Here is my issue: Clearly I'm underweight for my height. I'd really like to be able to get back in shape and tone my body. But it seems like every time I work out or follow a fitness program, I just lose more weight. Skinny as a rail is a no-go for me.

How would I go about gaining weight healthily and toning up? Is there any diet plans or specific work out routines that could help me with this?

    Thanks in advance!

The fact that you are losing weight when you exercise is not a program or routine issue, its a calorie and nutrient intake issue.

You need to steadily increase your calorie intake until you are eating over maintenance, that is more than is required by your body over the course of a day to compensate for what is lost via exercise and general day to day activities.

The simple fact is that if you burn more calories than you take in, you will inevitably lose weight.
