Go to the dolloar store or some other cheap store and buy some scented candles. Buy some pretty flowers, preferably with big petals. Doesn't have to be roses. Get a blanket and lie it on the floor with the petals over it and around it. Buy and/or make her favorite kinds of foods and snacks and have a candlelit, romantic picnic. Maybe either play some romantic music or watch one of her favorite movies. Add in some chocolate dipped strawberries and there is a sweet night.
Gift wise if you happen to have a bunch of pictures of you two gather them up and make an album for her. Put some cute V-day stickers on it or little captions about what you were doing in the pictures or how you felt about them, ect.

My girl friend loves sweets and especially chocolate - so i found the perfect Valentine present for her!
But i for sure won't just give her chocolate i will take her out for dinner - than a nice romantic movie and then a cocktail bar with good music
Hope she will like it.
