Okay guys (and gals), Im really looking to get some answers here. I planned out my Keto diet, and it has been approved by everyone. My one worry, is that I will be taking in about 25g of Saturated fats a day. It just seems like a really lot to me. I don't plan to stay on Keto forever, so I doubt it will have any real lasting negative effects, but it still worries me. Anyone have problems with this much sat. fat?

Not a one. It's one of the great myths of modern medicine that saturated fat is bad for you. Trans fats are bad for you, saturated fats are essential for good health.
Up until recently, researchers have ignored (or been ignorant of) transfats, so when they found that people who ate lots of deep-fried burgers had health problems, they blamed the saturated fat in the meat rather than the transfats in the deep-frying oil.
However, people who eat diets high in saturated fats and fresh food, and low in processed food and transfats tend to have extremely low rates of heart disease, cancer and osteoporosis. On every test on humans, where type of fat was compared with outcome, those who ate the most saturated fats were healthiest and lived longest, regardless of cholesterol levels.
From a bodybuilder's point of view, you need saturated fats to keep your immune system healthy and your testosterone levels high.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Just stick to clean, fresh food and don't worry about counting your saturated fats. The less processing, the better, and in general, saturates are less processed than the polyunsaturates.
If your dietry fats are based on meat, fish, eggs, butter, olive oil, nuts, seeds and cheese, you'll find you have a good balance of all sats, mono, and polys.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
