    How many times a day do you drink liquids OTHER than water and protein drinks

    I was just wondering how many times a day you all drink liquids other than water and protein shakes. This can be anything from sodas, regular or diet, to coffee, tea, flavored waters, anything like that. For me sometimes in the morning I have a cup of coffee, and usually I drink this Diet Snapple Peach tea drink that I have once a day.

    i'll drink about 24 ounces of skim milk a day. but other than that it's a gallon or two of water.

    Usually it's a gallon water and a half gallon of skim milk minimum. I make water of priority over milk, though.

    I drink (in my oats) two cups of milk in the morning. One cup at lunch, usually around one cup at dinner, and one cup in the evening. somewhere between there I consume around a gallon and a half to two gallons of water...man that's alotta liquid haha
