Well, this is our first time participating in a supplement log and we are pretty freakin' excited!!!
Thank you RB and Promera for this opportunity!!!
We will be starting with 15 days of PEAK 400.
Then, we will stack it with CON-CRET for an additional 15 days.
We will start using the product on Monday, June 17th.
We plan to put in a lot of hard work and take plenty of pictures. Arms, backs, abs, legs...and maybe even an occasional squat booty pic. Oh, who am I kidding? LOTS of squat booty pics. We DO LOVE taking pics of our bootys!!!
Please join us on this month long journey. Hilarity and a bit of mischief are sure to ensue.

Hey everyone!
Welcome to our first supp log! Glad to have any and all visitors, questions/comments, random shenanigans, all of it!
A little background on myself:
-Started lifting in March 2012.
-Started lifting with intent October 2012.
-Completed the Dymatize 2013 Transformation Challenge and had great results on All Pro's Beginner program.
-Currenlty finishing a deload week
-Starting PHAT on Monday, 6/17/13
-Cutting slowly through summer
-Supps will be: Capsi Blast, Peak 400, Assault all pre workout, BCAAs post workout; after 15 days I'll add ConCret___________________________________________________________

So a quick background on me...
My fitness journey really started in the summer of 2010. I had 'let myself go' after graduating pharmacy school. I was "skinny fat" at 5'10" 165 lbs and 31% bf.
Joined gym...got a personal trainer (former bodybuilder)...he encouraged me to try a competition...I told him he was CRAZY.
Competed in my first NPC bikini competition in August 2012 at 135 lbs 12% bf. I've now competed in a total of three NPC shows and will be doing my 4th in 8 weeks!!! I LOVE this new lifestyle.
I'm working very hard to put on some size...ectomorph/hard-gainer here. Plan to do 2-3 more comps this year...then hopefully attempt a proper bulk this fall/winter. Would like to possibly compete in Figure someday if I can make some significant gains!!!
And, I'll shamelessly post pics of my baby girls whenever given the chance...
I met BubsNBeans within the last year here in the forums...and we've found we are pretty much twinkies apart from the obvious height difference. I'm an Amazon and she's a Shorty.
But, she's a total lady beast and she inspires me everyday to LIFT HEAVIER!!!

I'll start posting my workouts next week...when I start the PEAK 400.
But, my current split is as follows:
Tuesday: Shoulders & Triceps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back & Biceps
Saturday: Chest & Shoulders
Sunday: Legs
I generally do HIIT on M/W/F and occasionally throw in some early AM fasted cardio sessions for fun.
