Well today I started my first workout of Rippetoe's starting strength.
I'll be the first to say I've never been "strong" infact I've always considered myself pretty pathetic when it comes to strength.
Anyway I wanna change that I'm on a serious bulk now for the next 5/6 months and we'll just have to see where it gets me

Some of the weights might seem a bit odd to ye but I'm just converting what I did in kg and rounding it off to the nearest lbs
