hey guys ive been on a timed carb diet for a week now and i was just wondering if i could switch that to a clean bulk w/ 40 min of cardio every day and loose fat i tested myself with the fattrack2 and im 16% im 6'2, 16 years old, 220lbs. max bench = 235lbs.
