When I’m craving something sweet I just make protein shakes and put something good in them. My favorite is 2 scoops of vanilla powder, 8oz milk or milk substitute, 1 tbl PB2 (the powered peanut butter) 1 tbl cocoa powder and add some strawberries or ½ of a banana add Ice then blend it up. That normally calms the cravings down and it’s also getting in the protein I need so it’s a win win!!

For the most part, I don't get cravings....maybe for some extra carbs...mainly rice.
I just find that my energy is almost next to nothing.
I do find that when I take an EFA (Top Secret Nutrition has a great one in their Diet Accelerator pack) it helps to feel a little less crazy.
If I can get enough energy to get my butt to the gym, then busting out some cardio helps, too!Karma Schopp
