Ok, tear this to shreads if you must, all I want is critique.
I do not go into detail when it come to vitamins, but I do take regular B-compex, 3000mg Vit-c, 1200 i.u's on Vit-e, beta car, calcium, and so on.
My Mon-Fri routine:
6am - Carnitine, Arginine, Fat Burner, Yohimbe, T-bomb 2
6:30am - HMB, Glutamine, BCAA's, Leucine, Taurine - Omega 3,6,9's, CLA
7am - Cardio (1 hour walk. 3.5mph at 5 incline, heartrate = 105-115bpm)
8am - HMB, Glutamine, BCAA's, Leucine with 20g sugars.
8:30am - Oatmeal, omlette( 1 yolk). 60g carbs, 40g Protein, 6g fat
11AM - 6oz Steak, green veg. 10g carbs, 50g protein, 12g fat
1:30pm - meal shake, omega's, CLA 20g carbs, 40g protein, 6g fat
T-bomb 2
330pm - BCAA's, HMB, Glutamine, Leucine, Taurine, arginine, carnitine, fat burner, ALA
4PM - Weight train
5pm - 40g dextrose, BCAA's, HMB, Glutamine, Leucine, Taurine, ALA
5:30pm - Whey shake 0g carbs, 46g protein, 0g fat
7:00pm - Turkey, low carb wrap 30g carbs(20g fiber), 40g protein, 12g fat
9pm - Carnitine, Arginine, Fat Burner, Yohimbe, T-bomb 2
9:30pm - HMB, Glutamine, BCAA's, Leucine, Taurine - Omega 3,6,9's, CLA
10pm - Cardio (1 hour walk. 3.5mph at 5 incline, heartrate = 105-115bpm)
11pm - HMB, Glutamine, BCAA's, Leucine with 20g sugars.
11:30pm - Turkey 0g carbs, 40g protein, 0g fat
midnight - Night time mix (GABA, Arginine, ZMA)
Totals - 160g carbs, 300g protein(my bcaa's yeild 15g a serving), fats around 50g(my omega's and CLA mix yeilds 4g a serving)
Calories in = 2000-2200
My metabolism = 2850 cals a day
I usually have a 1 hour+ nap in there somewhere.
