Hello everyone
So
I’m having some issues. Whey protein and cod liver oil/fish oil seemingly puff me up and increase my body fat significantly.
I have no idea why. I sleep a lot better with fish oil but it also makes me very much fatter. I believe it has to do with NAFLD.
OR it’s a severe vitamin imbalance
OR sucralose in whey makes NAFLD worse
in any case
What’s the best multivitamin you use, and what’s the best preworkout?

Bloat from fish oil is odd, I would see a doctor. Whey protein at least concentrate bloats some people, usually switching to hyroisolate fixes this.
Multivitamin... animal pak or orange triad are top tier but even GNC brand is okay for a budget one.
Pre-workout... C4 is the go to bro one, but usually people tend to be picky when it comes to their choice. I train in the evenings so now I do non-stim hydraulic.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623

Hate to tell you but it's not the whey or the fish oil that's making you gain bodyfat significantly.
They could make you bloat or feel bloated but not gain a significant amount of BF2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
