    "7~8 BF%" .. 13 weeks (PBS)

    Hey guys well i decided to make a log for my dieting/working out so when i want to rant i can do it here


    Short story about my cut:
    I bulked up from 180 lbs to 228 lbs , took me from feb 2009 to 1st of march 2010
    and started my cut diet and road for the 6 packs and competition on 10th of march 2010

    so 13 weeks of dieting down till now i don't check my weight on scale but planning to do it in the 1st of july so 3 more weeks for checking the weight



    My days are like:

    Morning 1 hour fasted cardio empty stomach + 1 pill fat burner (at 5:20AM)


    I get back to home eat 4 egg whites + tinny whole wheat bread


    Lunch @12PM chicken breast + onions (sometimes i eat salade with 2 ts light mayo)



    Working out starts at 3:30 PM


    and i do 1 hour slow cardio on the bicycle


    No protein shakes now waiting for my protein to arrive probably 1 more month


    and dinner sometimes i eat tuna sometimes nothing i just sleep

    My split is:
    1st day Chest/Biceps/Forearms
    2nd day legs
    3rd day shoulders/Triceps/forarms
    4th day back/traps
    5th day repeat


    abs 2 or 3 times a week .. day on day off

    Today is the 2nd days on week 14/26

    felt tired in the morning while walking i'm losing energy but if i'm still standing i have to do this

    went back home made my egg whites + tobasco sauce (oh baby i love it)


    now resting till lunch





    for legs i do 6 exercises
    1-squats 20,20,15,15 (reps)
    2-extensions 20,20,15,15
    3-leg press 20,20,15,15
    4-leg curls 20,20,15,15
    5-seated and standing for quads (20,20,15,15)

    then riding the bicycle

    my weight will be posted on the 1st of july
