    What's your favorite powerlifting routine?

The subject says it all... I'd have liked this to be a poll, but since there might be a wide variety of answers, I didn't want to limit the responses.

Maybe add a sentence or two explaining why it's your favorite. If your favorite routine for RAW lifting would be different, please include what that would be as well!

Thanks, and I can't wait to hear what you all say.

Real heavy, low reps, high intensity. I warm up with a couple sets of light for 5 reps, then a semi-heavy set of 3 reps, followed by about 3 singles building to a max weight.

I also do a speed day once a week
    Work in progress

My favorite is right now: getting ready for my first PL meet, bench (chest/tri's) twice a week, heavy deadlifts and back/bi's in between. Mondays is shirted bench and then HEAVY tricep work...Fridays is either boards, bands or heavy decline and lots of pushdowns. Why is it my favorite? Because there are 6 other guys who are also getting ready for this same meet and another one a month later so the atmosphere in the gym is pretty much ALL business and high intensity.
I have nothing to prove to anyone but myself.

Nick - Do you do assistance work in the 6-12 range after your heavy stuff? Or do you keep volume down so you can have more frequent workouts?

Bigger - I'm jealous man... I don't have a workout partner who likes to lift heavy... everyone at my gym is the "curl 55 lbs in the squat rack, then do 90 lb leg presses half way down" type of person.

I forgot to say what my favorite at the moment is. It would have to be some sort of Westside or variation on it. I haven't tried too many other routines, but Westside has shown me some pretty good results.
