    Perfect Keto Ice Cream - Simple!

    All you need is heavy whipping cream and some good tasting protein powder:

    1 Scoop Whey Protein
    3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream

    Mix these together thouroghly, it will get pretty thick. Then put it in the freezer for 30-60 mins. It has the same texture as ice cream and tastes great!

    Nutrient Totals (will vary slightly depending on the protein powder you use)
    Total Fat: 17 g
    Total Carbs: 2 g
    Total Protein: 24 g

    My heavy whipping cream is in a spray can and is sweetened with Splenda...so 3 TBSP is 6g Fat and 0g Carbs

    Does your whey have a lot of fat or is my heavy cream just weird and yours is higher in fat?

    My heavy whipping cream is the kind that comes in like a tiny milk carton. It has 5 g of Fat per tablespoon, and 3 tablespoons mixes well with 1 scoop of whey protein. I'm not sure how the stuff you have will work. It might freeze too hard, but if you try it let me know how it is!

    I'd say its about 4 of 5 bites. You want more bites use more whey and more cream. It really does taste great if you have good tasting whey. Great way to get some fat and protein. It's about 250 calories per serving.

    I tried this twice last week and it came out pretty damn good. Except I did it because I fell short on my daily calorie and fat intake, so I had to modify the original recipe to compensate.

    I used:
    *1/2-1 serving ATW Protein (or ON whey)
    *1 Tbs SF/FF Chocolate Jell-O pudding mix
    *~1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
    edit:nickkempf reminded me...when I use my ATW I also add about 2 packets of Splenda to the mix.

    I threw all the ingredients into a bowl and whipped it up real good. It had a real nice creamy texture and then I threw it in the freezer for 50mins and it came out like ice cream. This came out better than I expected since ATW protein tastes like crap.

    The 2nd time I made it, I didn't even bother putting it in the freezer. I just whipped it up and ate it as is. I enjoyed it more this way, it reminded me of the choclate cream filling they use in the Marie Calendar pies.

    I tried this and it was just a huge waste of whipping cream. Very bland w/ poor texture quality.

    Hmmm, could be your protein powder. I love this stuff, can't get enough of it! I eat it every day. A lot of protein powders out there have little or no sweetener so adding 1-2 tbsp of Splenda will make it much better!!

    because whipping cream is like 50calories per tbsp which is nothing

    Yeah the more cream you use the more Splenda you will want to use. I personally don't think cream tastes very good and it def needs to be sweetened!

    Just mixed 12 tbsp whipping cream with 4 scoops 100% ON whey protein, not much you can do with 2/3 cup whipping cream and I needed to buy some more anyway... ha ha we'll see how it turns out in about 45 mins

    I do this every 3rd night or so before bed, top it with 2tbsp cool whip, it's amazing. What I do is I freeze it for 30 mins and then leave it out on the counter for another 10-12, turns into a really thick pudding, it's fantastic.
    There's never enough time to do all the nothing you want.

    alright i just made this as well...just in a different ratio

    1 scoop of ON double choc whey
    5 tbsp of heavy whipping cream

    slow beat the cream while adding whey to make sure it dissolved

    should be good for nights of sweet craving...it turned out awesome!

    tried to balance fat and protein close as i could

    28g fat
    24g protein
    3g carbs

    370 cals

    thank you for that recipe, my girlfriend has tried it yesterday and she loved it, she has a lack of enzymes that transform carbs, so she cant eat carbs or at least not many carbs, so this worked out perfectly for her.

    Tried this last night for the first time. I figured the OP's amount would be too little for me so I used 7tbsp hwc with 1.5 scoop chocolate eas protein..tasted AMAZING..awesome/easy recipe
