All you need is heavy whipping cream and some good tasting protein powder:
1 Scoop Whey Protein
3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
Mix these together thouroghly, it will get pretty thick. Then put it in the freezer for 30-60 mins. It has the same texture as ice cream and tastes great!
Nutrient Totals (will vary slightly depending on the protein powder you use)
Total Fat: 17 g
Total Carbs: 2 g
Total Protein: 24 g

I tried this twice last week and it came out pretty damn good. Except I did it because I fell short on my daily calorie and fat intake, so I had to modify the original recipe to compensate.
I used:
*1/2-1 serving ATW Protein (or ON whey)
*1 Tbs SF/FF Chocolate Jell-O pudding mix
*~1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
edit:nickkempf reminded me...when I use my ATW I also add about 2 packets of Splenda to the mix.
I threw all the ingredients into a bowl and whipped it up real good. It had a real nice creamy texture and then I threw it in the freezer for 50mins and it came out like ice cream. This came out better than I expected since ATW protein tastes like crap.
The 2nd time I made it, I didn't even bother putting it in the freezer. I just whipped it up and ate it as is. I enjoyed it more this way, it reminded me of the choclate cream filling they use in the Marie Calendar pies.Last edited by fudgetracks; 06-08-2008 at 09:44 PM.

alright i just made this as well...just in a different ratio
1 scoop of ON double choc whey
5 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
slow beat the cream while adding whey to make sure it dissolved
should be good for nights of sweet craving...it turned out awesome!
tried to balance fat and protein close as i could
28g fat
24g protein
3g carbs
370 cals
yummm!
