For those of you that dont know us- this thread was opened via request from the contestants of the current ****Official "OBF" 2010 SPECTACULAR SPRING CONTEST**** so we not only can continue to support each other as our challenge comes to an end in the Ofiicial OBF Thread, but also so we can encourage others as well. Haha sweet. I plan on putting that and a few others on posters tomorrow to put on my wall downstairs (where treadmill is)
and not taking part in the competition, but I'll probably keep up to date with this thread, lol.

1. make sure I didn't end up fat, like the rest of my family

NoOoOoOo, our competition with the OBF is almost over now. We are in the last week of it posting our before and after pictures. You can view them at the link I gave you. More pictures will be posted until the 3rd of July.

Hey Tropix and fellow OBFers!
Its been a fun journey so far and down almost 40 lbs since we started the OBF (50 since start of the year).
Once I post my final pics next week for the OBF those will be my starting pics for this new thread.
Figure I'm close to 20% BF now. Goal is to continue to 10-12% then start a nice long recomp to add muscle while staying lean. Probably another 15-20 lbs to go to reach the first goal.
