N Large2 is pound for pound the best weight gainer on the market. It is moderately priced (compared to most), easy to mix and has a high caloric amount.
However Christophers may be more time consuming, it is natural and very wholesome. If you have the time, I would make Christophers. It sounds delicious, what does it really taste like Christopher?

At first it was great but to be honest I dont particular enjoy them to much anymore haha its rather thick with the powder etc. they are great when I start drinking them but the last few mouthfulls are an effort, i just feel having two of those shakes a day is a great way to get up 2400 calories just through 2 meals. Not so appropriate for cutting I dont imagine.

I think 72 grams of protein is pushing it at one serving unless it's immediately after a workout. I remember reading this in one of the articles on the site about post-workout meals. I'm pretty sure someone said on the previous boards that anything over 50 grams of protein just goes down the crapper.

LoL BR
unnatended Children.
are they tasty?
In regards to the 72g protein thing I really dont know, I mean nlarge has 50 and if you mix it with milk you will end up with about 60-65 so 72 isnt as much as it sounds.
As far as cost is concerened, you will have to ask my mother =)
hahaha with the ammount she whinges about my food intake I imagine quite a bit.
