I was in the gym last year for like 5 months but didn’t see much difference, I didn’t have time last year for the gym but this year I have. Just wondering what would people recommend to gain muscle? (E.g excercises, body split, foods, supplements) I’m 17 and weight 61kg and I’m 5ft 11. I really need to gain some weight and muscle mass so I’m gonna bulk for a year or two. What advice would you give someone like me and what are common mistakes people like me make? Thanks!
