PLZ review my KETO diet plan .. need comments b4 i start
I am new to nutrition..body building.. i just want to get rid of fat(CUT) ok here it goes..
6:45AM meal 1 = 4 hard boiled eggs, 7 piece bacon
go to school....
11:00AM meal 2(more like snack)= nutrition bar
12:00AM meal 3= School Deli: bread,lettuce,ham,turkey,cheese. (i see some ppl say not to eat bread.. but in some recipes i see they have bread in..:/ )
meal 4= 1 scoop whey isolate protein powder, 2tbsp of flax oil and 1 cup of water.
meal 5 = chop-chop chicken salad (MMmmmmM)
I wish i can get more dif food... im pretty new to this.. so your help can really mean something.. thanx in advance ^^
*P.S. I would like to start tomorrow morning.. so it will be nice if i get replies fast
Drop the bread, the nutrition bar (hidden carbs). I don't see any veggies......except for lettuce. You want most of your carbs to come from fiberous gren veggies when on keto.
