Used con-cret and loved it! Would like to log this! Can commit to not applying to other logging opportunities. Would be my first log. Currently doing crossfit. Looking for something to give me that extra edge during my workouts as well as help me to make gains in the gym. Would be able to provide a detailed, unbiased log.

I would absolutely love a chance to log Promera Sport's Peak400 and Con-Cret. As a D1 swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania, I'm no stranger to being completely destroyed from a workout day in and day out, twice a day, three times a day...I've gone through it all in my 14 years of being an athlete. But I'm sure all my competitive fellas here would agree when I say that hitting a PR, whether in the pool, on the field, or in the weightroom, makes all that crazy training worth it. On top of that, as I've learned recently, being able to get ahead in the supplement department definitely would also help aid me in achieving my short term and long term goals as an athlete.
My short-term goal is two-fold. First, since it's off season for swimming right now, my summer goal is to continue my regiment of building explosive strength and size through more intense lifting. I've put on a few pounds since swim season ended due to me swimming much less and lifting much more. From last season, I've gained about 15 lbs and am now 175 lbs. I want to continue increasing mass and muscle size until I reach around 180 lbs. Then, starting mid-June (when I begin real summer training back in the pool (cardio!)), I want to begin cutting mass until I am down to my goal in-season weight of 165 by the end of the summer. However, I also want to retain most of my strength gains.
I've come to the conclusion that creatine is one of the best supplements I can take to support this goal. Currently, because I have had no prior experience with creatine, I decided to go with monohydrate as it is one of the cheapest forms. While I've heard great things about other forms of creatine like HCL, I can't justify switching over and purchasing said creatine without experiencing it first hand, and I figure this is a great opportunity for that to happen.
As for Peak400...as stated it's a whole new category in the supplement industry. What can I say besides the fact that it would be totally sweet to be able to log a product in a category called "muscle excitability." Sounds awesome.
Thanks for your time!University of Pennsylvania Mens Swimming & Diving '16

New horizons with Peak 400 & Con-Cret!
Some things just have to be earned and with a good training plan you will make your goal and set new ones! I was making gains in muscle mass and strength in all lifts. My best deadlift effort was 315 for 7 reps...and I thought my overall fitness was good! I did a 2 mile PT test and my cardio results were ranked POOR so I decided to change fitness approach and include specific cardio challenges to show progress.
I started with a 2 mile time challenge to get under 20 minutes and then set a new goal for 3 miles under 30 minutes. I participated in my first 5k (3.1 mile) race and won 3rd place and was surprised with a big grin on my face, who me? lol
After two years of jogging I won a 2nd place ribbon for my age group in in my first ever 10K (6.2 miles) this year. My last two races my times improved and so has the competition so I placed 5th and 7th. The moral to the story is that even at age 53 we can live young at heart and compete! For those of you that are younger, where do you want to be in 5 years and beyond?
This Memorial Day 2013 I dedicated my first 10 mile run to our Military Troops and ran in the rain for the first 5 miles. I thought I was in heaven after that, as the sun came out. I felt warm and fuzzy all over until I encountered a red traffic light at the 7.5 mile mark (see map). My legs felt heavy as I mustard the drive to continue the last 2.5 miles with green lights...
Here is a map of the 10 mile loop, my next goal is to compete in a Half Marathon which is 13.1094 miles. Who knows what my next training goal will be? But with Peak 400 and Con-Cret in my training plan, I will be successful!

I'm in. I'd be an excellent candidate for this opportunity. Im fairly new to bb.com but not new to supplements and I've had great success with pro mera supplements in the past. Would love a chance to try out the stack of Peak 400 and Concret, and I agree to the terms of the log and a final review, and I agree this would be the only and current log.
