Great to see Sebastian. Also Sam's AEN makover was excellent and an inspiration. You and Sam have shown the forums that your supplements work very well indeed and that you two both know what diet and training is all about too. Keep it up mate.

Thanks Mick! Yes, Sams progress has been amazing. I don't think he even realized how dramatic it was until he saw his pics. I too have made solid progress over the course of the year. Posting pics of myself, is not my thing( the one in the avatar is more then enough for me), but I can tell you, I am in the best shape of my life. I have put on size and am leaner then I have been in a while and continue to get leaner as time passes.

Well keep an eye out, as it should be on out on most newsstands that carry it. Coincedently, there's another pre-workout article in that same issue, that also has a focus on some of the same neuronutrients(alpha-gpc, ALC, ect)

I enjoyed this article more probably due to the fact I can controll the peripheral fatigue and use my pre-WO nutrition to combat it



But I have a question for you at the end of it you name some nutrients that are good for pre-workout and for peripheral fatigue.. so I am wondering if your new SUpplement coming soon.. will include some of them, although I know you already have some supps for that here

Hey I like MD and Sebastians articles they are both in the same mag so it makes me happy.

Its works out very well for me

The science articles in MD are unsurpassed. MD is literally on the cutting edge, in bringing much of the latest sup research to the masses.

I am very greatful to have had such a strong presence in a magazine filled with some of the most qualified/knowledgeable sports nutrition writers in the world. It's also been satisfying being able to build up so much mainstream awareness of what beta-alanine is all about. Think of where the beta-alanine category was this time last year. And of course this board, has exploded with daily beta-alanine threads in that same time frame. 2008, will be even bigger..

As I mentioned to you before, we will be getting more articles published in other great mainstream mags, so we have a LONG ways to go and alot of work ahead of us still.
